Welcome to the Junior League of Memphis! 

Since 1922, the Junior League of Memphis has been a place where women come together to lead with purpose, serve with heart, and build lasting impact in our community. From the seventeen founders who first envisioned this League to the hundreds of women who carry that mission forward today, JLM has always been rooted in shared leadership and meaningful change. 

As we step into our next chapter, our 2026–2028 theme guides the way: 

Together We Lead. Together We Last. Together We Build What’s Next. 

This theme is more than a reflection of our legacy—it’s a bold commitment to the future. We lead together by empowering women to step into leadership at every level of the League and their lives. We last because of the enduring relationships and support systems we nurture within our membership. And we build what’s next by continuously evolving how we serve Memphis—listening deeply, responding boldly, and showing up consistently. 

Our League is powered by the talents, passions, and perspectives of women from all walks of life. Whether you’re a new member discovering your place, an active member deepening your service and leadership, a Sustainer sharing your wisdom, or a community partner collaborating for positive change, you’re an essential part of the story we’re writing together. 

There are many ways to get involved:
